Is the sweetest and most helpful leasing agent I have ever worked with, and as a travel nurse, I have worked with a ton! Staff has always been very prompt, courteous, and just downright amazing!! Moving from AVA Ballard, I was concerned about what I left behind. I wanted to take the team at AVA Ballard, particularly Thomas and Chad. They kept the place in ship-shape condition. There have been a few adjustments, but the ability that Avalon Bay Communities has to identify star talent and bring them to the right property to help its communities thrive continues to blow my mind. Jeffrey, Maria, Nelly, Connor, Diane, and Chris offer friendly smiles and premium service at every turn. They know the building and the people who live in it and you can see that in the work they do. But this isn't the group of amazing people that deserve the most kudos...the star of of this review is Norma. Norma is a maintenance maven. She's helped me fix a few things since we arrived and when she's servicing our resident request...I can always trust that she will identify the issue, conceptualize a creative solution (if a simple one is not indicated) and does so with very little interruption to my space or day. Norma is really holding it down and if everyone in the facilities team follows her lead...then there would be nothing but the best scores on all surveys and reviews from residents, both past and present. Thank you Norma! You are great. Thank you to the rest of the team at Avalon Belltown Towers. I couldn't be prouder of the place I call home.

We moved in August. Excellent place to live. The amenities are great of course. Beautiful location in Belltown with an amazing rooftop, gym, and appliances. But the real reason to move in here is the staff! Whenever I notice a scuff, stain or something out of place in the common areas, by the time I revisit the area, it is already fixed and looking brand new. Within the apartment, when I submit a maintenance request, a human immediately responds through the portal. Moreover, the front staff truly make me feel like I am a part of a community, something I have never experienced and never thought I would enjoy so much. For example offering ice cream on "national ice cream day" or making a concerted effort to remember our names. They always keep us informed with news, and consistently ask for feedback from residents. Even the security guards are kind and often open the door for us. I hope everyone at Avalon Belltown towers is well compensated because I truly have never experienced such a welcoming and communicative staff. TLDR: This place is pricey, but it has been worth it for my partner and I.

I’ve been here for 2 months and LOVE it!! I did extensive research on properties and toured quite a few….after visiting this property, no others felt like they compared. I also feel lucky with how close we are to a lot of great food and bars. Maria in the leasing office is WONDERFUL and was totally understanding of the stress of moving cross-country. The rest of the staff are awesome as well, shout out to Chris who is always super helpful!! I’d recommend this property to anyone moving to the Belltown area😊

Exceptional Living Experience in a Pristine Building I am beyond thrilled to share my experience living in this apartment building. The place is immaculately clean and well-maintained, providing a welcoming environment to call home. The staff is what really sets this building apart. They are friendly and personable, making all residents feel valued and at home. Maria deserves a special shout-out for her outstanding assistance during our moving-in process. Her helpful nature and genuine concern truly made the difference for us, turning an otherwise stressful situation into a seamless transition. As for the concierge desk, Yer and Chris are nothing short of phenomenal. Always ready with a warm welcome or to lend a hand, their service is commendable. And at the helm of it all, Jeff's professional management style ensures that everything runs smoothly, making this apartment building a paragon of residential living. This isn't just an apartment building, it's a community I'm proud to be a part of. Would recommend it highly to anyone looking for a welcoming and professionally run place to live.
